Refer someone you know and when they sign up for Internet, Cable TV, or Home Phone Services, you'll get a $100 credit. On top of that, your referral will get a $50 credit as well! It's that easy!

**Starting June 1, 2024, for a limited time only, you can refer existing Buckeye customers to upgrade to Fiber Internet. If your referred customer upgrades to Fiber, both customers will receive a $25 credit on their account.

OFFER DETAILS: Person referring (advocate) must be a Buckeye Broadband customer in good standing. A customer in good standing is one that has no past due balances or pending disconnection status. All referrals must be submitted before the order is placed. Referral must not have had any Buckeye Broadband services during the last 60 days. Account credit is issued for all qualifying referrals. Refer & Earn promotion can expire without notice. Some restrictions may apply.  **EXCEPTION: Referrals of existing customers are accepted only if referred customer upgrades to fiber.

Fill Out The Form

Fill out the form below with your information and the information of the person you are referring. Make sure the person you are referring doesn't already have service or already scheduled for installation.

NOTE: The person you refer needs to install any level of one or more of the following services: Digital Cable TV, High-Speed Internet and/or Home Phone service.

Call and Schedule

Ask the person you are referring to call 419-724-9856, our special Refer & Earn installation number, to schedule their connection appointment.

Wait For Your Credit

After the person you refer gets connected and remains a customer in good standing for 60 days, you will get a credit of $100 on your account and the person you refer will receive a $50 credit. IT'S THAT EASY!
