First you will need need to have a Buckeye Broadband username and password. If you don't already have one Sign up Here. You can start saving on your next Buckeye bill today by downloading the Buckeye Broadband Rewards App to your smartphone. Don’t have a smartphone? Prefer to shop from your computer? Install our Shopping Assistant directly into your browser and you’re ready to shop from any of our 4,000 online merchants. Once installed, whenever you make an online purchase from one of your favorite merchants, we’ll automatically credit a percentage of your purchase toward a upcoming bill (it could take 90+ days to receive your refund) It’s that simple!
How much can I save?
For every purchase you make online with one of your favorite merchants, we’ll credit a percentage of your purchase toward your next Buckeye bill. The more you buy, the more you save! The percentage you earn will vary with each merchant, but there’s no limit to the amount of credit you can earn.
What are featured rewards?

Tips for Getting Started
Creating an Account
Once you download the app, you will need to create a Buckeye Broadband Rewards account. You will need to have your email address and password linked to your Buckeye account on hand to complete registration. This is so we can 1) verify you are a Buckeye customer, and 2) link your savings to your Buckeye account.
Shopping with the App
The Buckeye Broadband Rewards app is easy. Simply download the Buckeye Broadband Rewards Shopping App and shop from your favorite merchants and we will credit your bill. To receive credit on your Buckeye bill, you must use the Buckeye Broadband Rewards app to make your purchase, even if the merchant is a Buckeye Broadband Rewards partner. For example, Target is a popular online merchant, and a Buckeye Broadband Rewards partner. If you make an online purchase through the Target app, instead of the Buckeye Broadband Rewards app, you will NOT receive any credit on your bill.
Save Money While You’re Saving Money
The Buckeye Broadband Rewards app also features exclusive deals and coupons from partner merchants. So while you’re shopping for the things you need, keep an eye out for featured deals and treat yourself to some additional savings.
Keeping Your Privacy
The Buckeye Broadband Rewards app and Shopping Assistant toolbar do not capture or store your financial information, such as credit card numbers, bank accounts or any other payment information. When you make an online purchase, your payment information is stored with the merchant directly — just as if it were a normal purchase.
