Ready to request to move your services?
Sign into your myBuckeye account and click “Moving? Switch my service” under the My Service tab.
Select whether you are planning to keep your current service(s) or you can select new service(s) before entering your new address.
Keeping Current Service:
If you have selected to keep current service(s) and your address is serviceable, select an installation date/time and enter any notes. You should receive a verification email once the form is submitted.
Choosing New Service:
If you have selected new service(s) and your address is serviceable, a list of services will appear. Here you can select the service(s) you want and an installation date/time. You should receive a verification email once the form is submitted.
