How to register for account (myBuckeye)
Follow the steps below to register for a myBuckeye giving you access to manage your account online. Once registered customers can view/pay their bill online, see upgrade options, reset your modem, and more.
- Navigate to https://www.buckeyebroadband.com
- Select myBuckeye Register located in the upper right-hand corner
- Step 1: Verify Identity
- Enter your last name
- Enter your phone number
- Enter your Account number, which is printed on your bill in the upper left hand corner or your social security number
- Click Continue
- Step 2: Validate Log-In Information
- Enter the email address you would like to use
- Password: Create a password that is at least 8 characters plus 1 number long, it cannot exceed 20 characters
- Confirm password: Re-type the password you created to confirm
- Answer security questions 1, 2, 3: Select a question for each and enter an answer for each
- Click Continue
- Step 3: Email Verification
- In order to access myBuckeye, confirm your myBuckeye account by clicking the link within the email sent from Buckeye Broadband to verify the email address
- Check Spam/Junk folders in case it was mis-routed
Once your e-mail address is confirmed, you will be able to login and access your bill online, sign up for AutoPay, eBill, StreamTV and Buckeye TV Everywhere!
