- Not have previously had a Gig+ service.
- Keep services active for at least 30 days to receive the streaming e-gift card.
How to Redeem Your MyBundle e-Gift Card
Step-by-Step Guide
- Receive an email with your redemption link.
- Click “Get My Card” – this will take you to the redemption site.
- Click “Redeem Offer”.
- Enter your email address and create a password, then click “Continue”.
- Note: Make sure the email address matches the one associated with your Buckeye Broadband account.
- Browse and select the streaming service you want to apply your MyBundle card toward.
- Use it for new streaming subscriptions or apply it to existing ones.
- Click “Continue” to proceed to the streaming provider’s website.
- Sign up directly on the streaming provider’s website (e.g., MAX, Hulu, Netflix).
- Use your MyBundle virtual card to complete the purchase.
Click “Wallet” to view your current balance and card details at any time.
