Need assistance pausing and resuming your device's connection to your home Internet using your SmartNet by eero device? Learn below.
To Pause:
- Open the eero app on your mobile device
- From the list of devices, select the device you want to pause
- Once in the device profile, press the pause button in the top right corner
- Now the device is disconnected from the Internet
To Resume:
- Open the eero app on your mobile device
- From the list of devices, select the device you want to resume
- Once in the device profile, press the resume button in the top right corner
- Now the device should be reconnected to the Internet
